Purchased a VW Atlas from Eric. He's at Porsche but was helping out at VW the day I saw the Atlas SEL I was looking for. I have to drive about 50 miles to have my car serviced here, but their accommodating service makes the trips worth it. They’re attentive to my needs and make the scheduling process smooth, ensuring that my visits are efficient and hassle-free. Porsche service is always expensive, but if you know the work is being done with care and there is good communication before decisions have to be made, then it is easier to be satisfied. Phil provided super good service for my Cayman. He ordered parts ahead so when I brought the car in, everything needed was available. Only 1.5 hours in the comfortable waiting room and I was on my way back to Bowling Green.

Best customer service ever. Had a low tire warning on my dash appear on my 2023 vehicle. I came in (they graciously squeezed me in) didn’t charge me as there was no leak or issues with the tire and filled my tire up with air. They could have easily charged me for the hour as they did inspect the vehicle but instead they helped me, even washed my car and gave me some tips next time it happens and suggested to bring it in again if the issue persists. When I moved here 2 years ago I had some difficulty connecting with the service department. Tricia, Phil and Dan (and team) really listen, know what they are doing, and stay in touch. Super happy.
Phil Kaiser is very helpful and trusworthy. In fact, I just rely on him to take care of everything. I can call or email him, he has my credit card, makes the appointment, sends a driver to pick up my car, fixes whatever needs to be fixed, calls or emails me with the cost (per my preference) and returns the car. In January, I ordered a 2024 Porsche Macan T and worked with Eric Gedeon. He was very helpful in selecting options and projecting the myriad steps needed to complete the order. Another day another Porsche dealership, Porsche Ann Arbor is not big in size, however what is big is the friendliness and customer serviceness of the colleagues. Big shout out to Barry, ( brand Ambassador), a very knowledgeable, helpful and engaging person, whom I would consider as a person to help me buy my AMERICAN 🇺🇸 Porsche!! The dealership has the standard Porsche service department which you drive in and parts department, a small lounge area, please upgrade to the cappuccino etc machine, other than that slight flaw it’s a good place to check out the Porsche brand of cars and merchandise.
Brought my wife's Panamera in for its 1st service. The Service center was accommodating and provided a loaner for the day. We had been quoted a price before dropping the vehicle off and they let us know that the service was actually cheaper then expected so our finale bill was less then expected. Very honest. We will definitely continue to use them for the life of our Porsche ownership.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I've NEVER bought a car here, but they've always treated me well. When I was going for cancer treatment at UofM, I was 20 years old. I was in sweats and scared to ask for a brochure (I am autistic), no one knew, they just treated me with respect and kindness. They are hands-down the best Porsche dealer I dealt with in the greater Detroit area.
