Ryan Rooney assisted us today as we stopped in without an appointment. Ryan was extremely easy going, helpful and without a bit of pressure. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had! I would absolutely go here again if the experience is always like this. In the end, we had what we felt was a fair deal. The purchase process was smooth as well.

Brought my wife's Panamera in for its 1st service. The Service center was accommodating and provided a loaner for the day. We had been quoted a price before dropping the vehicle off and they let us know that the service was actually cheaper then expected so our finale bill was less then expected. Very honest. We will definitely continue to use them for the life of our Porsche ownership.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I've NEVER bought a car here, but they've always treated me well. When I was going for cancer treatment at UofM, I was 20 years old. I was in sweats and scared to ask for a brochure (I am autistic), no one knew, they just treated me with respect and kindness. They are hands-down the best Porsche dealer I dealt with in the greater Detroit area. The first Porsche dealer I talked with and test drove were pretty douchey considering I don’t really look like the typical Porsche driver and was able to pay cash for my car, plus they made it seem it was near impossible to get a hybrid. The service for the recall on my 2010 Porsche was great. While there I asked for car floor mats which had to be ordered. I was told that when the mats arrived I could pay to have them shipped to my home. It's been 2 weeks with several calls made to the dealer and message left with no return call. I guess that means that I need to go somewhere else to order my mats. Thanks for the service.

I have a lease with this dealer. Moved to other state and need put front license plate but cannot find bracket in the trunk, which is supposed to be with a new car. I called the dealer twice to ask to ship one to me. Although both time, people in the sale department said they will ship one to me but never happened. Phil and Nick in service were great! They repaired my 2015 911 turbo which had a vibration issue that two other local dealers could not fix. Top notch customer service. I would recommend this service team to get your car fixed right the first time.

I have a Panamera 4S and it's a wonderful car but it's needed some front suspension work partly due to a pothole hit and partly due to some control arm bushings being quick to fail. Phil Kaiser has been great to work with as we did the pothole work and an alignment, then found the upper control arm on the same side had an issue, then found the upper on the other side also had an issue. Three repairs and three alignments, no cost to me, and the car is GREAT to drive. Suspension issues are very hard ...

Purchased my 2010 Panamera from Germain and have continued to get it serviced there, Notwithstanding, we live over 30 miles away, the car is picked up and a loaner is always provided. I appreciate the genuine care given to satisfactorily resolving a variety service issues.

We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser’s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.

I bought my Cayenne at Porsche Ann Arbor and have had it serviced there ever since. Phil Kaiser, the service advisor, and his team are great to work with and have done a consistently great job with my service needs. Went to Germaine for service on a used Porsche as I had work performed at another Porsche dealer who didn’t properly repair the wheel vibration I was experiencing. Met Phil in the service department (Super good guy) and they immediately (and correctly!) diagnosed this issue. Better yet, they even took care of the warranty on some tires that I didn’t even buy from them – Wow! Highly recommend!

Once again Germain Porsche of Ann Arbor does it again with exceptional service. Whenever an issue comes up with my car or it’s just scheduled service this dealership goes above and beyond in making ownership of a Porsche special. From sales to finance to service everyone is always professional and friendly and it shows they value you as a customer. I’ve never experienced that from any other dealership I use to deal with. I can't speak for the new car sales, but regarding the service department, they are fantastic. The communication and work has been absolutely first rate. The dealership and service entrance is quite nice and they have been nothing but great to me. The service writer is one of the best I have ever worked with. Great job and thanks to this company!

Jay Douglas was very patient and helpful as I spent nearly a year looking at and test driving several new 911s, including base, turbo, and GTS models. Although I ended up buying a certified used turbo from out of state, I have great confidence in the sales staff at this dealership and would not hesitate to buy new or used from them. A good friend of mine purchased a used 911 from them and was very happy with his experience as well. Just outstanding.... In my search for a '17 I have contacted and/or talked to dozens of Porsche Authorized Dealers. A few didn't reply, most were only interested in how much I would pay for their car, and a few were really interested in earning my business. The Sales Advisor at Germain (Ann Arbor) Porsche who answered my inquiry was Jay Douglas--I asked him a dozen questions over 4 or 5 email inquiries and each and every time his reply was almost instant, always thorough, and his replies never made me feel like I was imposing on his time. I purchased a Porsche GTS from Porsche of Ann Arbor and I must say that the experience was absolutely great!! Jay Douglas is the absolute best and he does an amazing job of streamlining the process, they will make sure you get your dream car, and they will give you the best price hands down. I brought my 2014 C2S in to have the paint/fabric protection applied, seat belts swapped out, and a laser system installed. Of course, the belts and paint protection were no problem. The laser system though, they had never done before. They took the time to do it right.

We dropped the 2010 Panamara off for service and Phil organized transport for us to get to the Detroit airport hotel we were staying at (awaiting a flight the next morning). He then facilitated the pickup of our car by an auto transport firm the next day. This extra help was very much appreciated.

Wanted to stop the horn from honking when locking the car. It's a new model so there was some question whether the old computer routine would work. Germain set aside a loaner car in case it took a while to figure out how to do that on the new model. But that turned out to be unnecessary. The change was made and I was out in less than an hour. Excellent service all around.

Porsche Cayanne quit running due to tank of bad premium gas and had to be towed into the dealer. Were orginaily told repair could take over a week due to availablilty of fuel filter and technicians to work on our vehicle. We were pleasently surprised when the vehicle was completed just a couple days later because Phil expidited the fuel filter in overnight and Danny did a spectacular job of getting rid of bad fuel, flushing the systme replacing with good fuel and replacing the fuel filter and doing all the diagnostics to verify the vehicle was okay. I always get very clear communication from Phil, who goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with every part of every service experience I've had over the years. He is extremely reliable and personable. I take my car to him without hesitation, and know that whatever the problem is, it will be solved.

Phil was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions starting from when I made the appointment. While my car was in for service he called me several times with updates, and I really appreciated that he even gave me an idea of what service the car would need next time.

As always they did a great job, that's why I keep coming back! Allen, Phil and Paul are the best. Wouldn't think of going any place else.
